The Costa Family have been selling Christmas trees for almost five decades.

When Peter Costa was only child, he remembers selling Christmas Trees with his Dad Alex Snr across from the Vic Market every year. Gradually they began selling in more locations, including the family home in Melbourne.

In the late 80s, Alex Snr started his very own Christmas Tree farm and then a decade later, Peter began brining his own son Alex Jnr in to learn the family business.

In 2017 Alex Jnr and Peter, took over the farm in 2017 from their father and grandfather, after working alongside him in the business from as young as they both can remember.

Now in 2022, the Costa Family continue to encourage families to carry on with one of the most important Christmas traditions a family could have; buying a REAL Christmas tree.

After working in the ‘silly season’ for so many years, the Costa Family understand how difficult this time of year can be for many and each year support local families and communities by donating trees, raising money through their sausage sizzle and local raffle.
